Sails - Raffles Place

Does anyone live in this building or know anyone who does?? We are looking to move to Singapore in May from Hong KOng and my husband will work at Raffles place and so this looks ideal. We don't have children and like to eat out. Would be great if hubby could walk to the office. Am wondering about noise inside the apartments... where we are now I can hear the people upstails if they leave their shoes on and walk around and it drives me nuts ;(

Are there any other places anyone can recommend in this area ???

don't know anyone living at the Sail, but I doubt you will encounter the noise problem at The Sail -- which is not as common in singapore as in HK.

The Sail is a great place to live in, since it would just be a hop into the office. During the weekends, the CBD is quiet..... which is a good thing, or a bad one... depending how you look at it. Choose a unit with a seaview --- the Sail reputably has the best unblocked seaview in Singapore.

Other areas you may want to consider, which is also near to the city centre are:
1. River Valley
2. Mohd Sultan
3. Grange Road

Of course, I am naming some areas... with no knowledge of your budget.
