Need property and school advice for Singapore

We are moving from Hong Kong to Singapore in July, we have 2 kids that will be going to the australian school. I wanted to know which area's to look at, we are going to rent but do not want a condo or apartment any advice would be much appreciated

The land property right now in singapore is at its peak. Likely you will need to consider the price tag rather than the location. Its dependent where your kid wish to study and location the school is in. As for the parents its matter of your transport cost. It currenly transport charges have increased and patrol charges have went up.
