Hi, interested to buy unit (3 bedrooms + helper's room) in Modena or Tropical Spring. Wonder if anyone is currently living there and can impart words of wisdom to me. How about Eastpoint Green? can I walk to Simei MRT station with ease? How can I get floorplans? Many thanks.
