Rent expectations for Singapore apartments?

hi- am re-locating to singapore from hk.

need a small apt (single professional woman) in cbd..10 years since i lived in singapore - what sort of prices should i expect for one bed, one bathroom apt...nice area.

thanks - i've checked these out before i wrote my thread - often there's no photos inside the apartments - so it's hard to get an idea of what the rent really covers..
