Never tried peanut butter and jelly before (I'm Aussie). Trust I am missing out on something. Is that jelly like the jelly you make with jelly crystals? BTW, with the smoked salmon, cream cheese and rye, I like to add capers. Yum.

Smoked salmon cream cheese on whole wheat crackers. Problem is, I do one cracker at a time, put the stuff away. Go back an hour later. Yikes, by days end I can eat almost a whole container of cream cheese!

I'm in the mood now for some home-cooked chicken-pork ADOBO with sliced salted egg, onions and tomatoes
And grilled bangus (milkfish) belly with fried garlic flakes, steamed rice and salsa
And Beef Rendang, steamed rice and a tall glass of Es Chendol
And sizzling Sisig!!!!
