Maybe a couple of hours at a beautician, like a pedicure (it might be getting hard for her to reach her feet!) or I found when I was pregnant with my first, my husband gently rubbed my lower back at night. Definately a foot massage (my husband has an aversion to feet unfortunately, so that won't be happening for me!). I think you are lovely to be wanting to spoil her, she is very lucky. I am still in my first trimester and feeling very sick, so being left alone with time to myself is the greatest gift for me! As for present - there are a few spas in HK (incl hotel ones) who do pregnancy massage (with the chair with the cut out for the bump) - I know I would have loved one when I was pregnant!
