Could somebody please advise me on the procedure for getting a divorce in singpaore. is it better to go ahead here or wait until i return to australia. i have 3 kids . any recommendations for australian lawyers would be greatly appreciated.
we have been married for 11years and i feel that our relationship has detiorated to the point of no return.

Find out which country has the most favourable divorce proceedings for you. I believe that once proceedings are started in one country they are fixed in that country.
Some systmes favour the man, other systems the woman.

It might be an idea to return to Oz with the kids first. Just pack your bags and go, maybe say you are going to stay with your mum and dad for a while. Then find a lawyer when bask at home.
