Impossible to give you advice on your salary without a great deal more information, most of which is too personal and detailed for this forum.
You should be looking for nett take home pay equivalency. Your perceptions on the quality of life is also important and should be considered in the final value assessment.
Factors for consideration:
1. The cost of living in Hong Kong is higher than Singapore. Exactly how much depends on (a) your company's policy on transfers (b) your spending profile.
2. Generally, taxes are slightly lower in Hong Kong. If you are an American, the location country taxes are probably irrelevant. If you are fully regional and spend less than 183 days in the country this affects your taxes.
3. Depends if you are being paid as an expatriate, a third-country national or a local. If not the last-mentioned, then it gets more complicated.
4. The structure of your package - whether you get expatrite benefits - makes a difference.
While there are calculation methods, there is no definitive answer. It's a negoiation.
