Just moved to Singapore from Hong Kong

Hi all, my family just moved to Singapore after 3 years in Hong Kong. I had a couple of random questions...

1. Does anyone know any good websites that have good cheap travel packages from Singapore? I heard from someone that Singapore was good for taking cheap weekend holidays. Is there a good place to look for those deals?

2. I am here for 2 years. I was thinking of renting a car from from Express Car (http://www.expresscar.com.sg/) for two years. Has anyone heard anything good or bad out them?

3. Cigarettes are expensive. Can anyone tell me how to quit?
