The National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) of Singapore was incorporated on 28 March 1998 and designed to operate as an international centre of excellence for neurosciences. It was officially opened by Minister of Health, Mr Lim Hng Kiang on 25 July 2000.
Besides providing the highest quality of neurological and neurosurgical care for both local and regional patients, the NNI also offers training for clinical residents, research fellows and medical practitioners through attachments & continuing medical education. Our clinical and laboratory research are discovery based and focus on innovative prevention, diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases.
