BudgetCall 013 Service is an alternative international voice service offered by SingTel to all fixed line customers and mobile phone users. It allows you to make outgoing overseas calls to 223 destinations from direct lines, PhoneNet, ISDN and Mobile Phone Lines with SingTel IDD access as well as selected payphone booths.
This is a NO-FRILLS service at BUDGET PRICE targeted at customers looking for greater savings.
BudgetCall 013 service is not suitable for mission critical calls. It is recommended mainly for voice calls though fax calls may be possible.
